About Me

I’m Dmitry Kozyar, a fractional SEO, ASO and growth advisor helping fintech and digital product teams turn visibility into measurable revenue. I’ve spent 18+ years in international SEO and 6+ years in fintech, working across highly competitive markets where execution quality and prioritization matter as much as strategy.

I’ve partnered with brands including Cashwagon, Una Financial, Moneyman, Plazo, Alvos and others, supporting growth through a mix of technical SEO, scalable content strategy, ASO, and cross-functional leadership. While every product and market is different, my approach is consistent: focus on the few initiatives that create real business impact, then drive them to completion with a clear operating rhythm.

What I do (and how I work)

Most teams don’t need “more SEO tasks.” They need clarity on what will move the needle, and a senior partner who can connect search, product, engineering, and content into one execution plan.

My work typically spans three layers:

Diagnosis: uncover the real constraints — technical debt, indexation and crawl issues, weak information architecture, mismatched keyword-to-page strategy, tracking gaps, or store conversion bottlenecks.

Prioritization: translate findings into a roadmap aligned with revenue goals, with clear owners, dependencies, and a realistic sequence (often a 30/60/90-day backlog).

Execution & leadership: ensure the roadmap gets implemented, validated, and iterated — working directly with your team or partners, and stepping in hands-on when needed.

Fractional advisor or Head of SEO/ASO

Depending on your stage and internal setup, I can operate as a:

Fractional advisor: senior guidance, prioritization, QA, and stakeholder alignment — ideal when you already have people to execute, but need direction and governance.

Fractional / interim Head of SEO/ASO: owning the organic growth function end-to-end — strategy, team workflows, cross-team alignment, and delivery standards.

In some projects I stay primarily at the leadership layer; in others I go hands-on (for example: auditing, rewriting briefs, metadata work, or setting up repeatable systems).

International experience (SEA, LATAM, Europe)

I’ve actively worked across Southeast Asia, LATAM and Europe, building search and store growth strategies that respect local intent, language nuance, and competitive realities. I’m comfortable operating across time zones, stakeholders, and multi-market rollouts—especially when the challenge is not “what to do,” but “how to scale it without breaking quality.”

Tools and systems

I work comfortably with modern SEO and ASO stacks, including:

  • SEO/analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC)
  • ASO: App Store Connect, Google Play Console, ASO World, App Annie and etc.
  • Research & competitive: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
  • ASO certification: AppTweak certified

Tools are not the differentiator—decision-making and execution are. I use the stack to build clarity, speed, and accountability.

What you can expect

If we work together, you can expect:

  • A clear point of view on what matters (and what doesn’t)
  • A prioritized plan your team can actually execute
  • Strong QA standards across technical, content, and store work
  • Short, stakeholder-ready updates tied to outcomes — not vanity dashboards
  • A partnership built around momentum and measurable progress

Now

Right now I’m focused on helping fintech and digital product teams build sustainable organic growth across SEO and ASO — especially where execution gets stuck between marketing, product and engineering.
My current work is mostly around:

  • Technical SEO foundations (indexation, architecture, performance)
  • Revenue-driven content systems and scalable landing pages
  • ASO improvements tied to conversion and experimentation
  • Multi-market rollouts across Southeast Asia, LATAM and Europe
  • Fractional leadership: roadmap ownership, weekly cadence and QA

How I choose projects

  • I prefer teams that want measurable outcomes and are ready to implement changes consistently.
  • I’m a strong fit when we can align on ownership early (who implements what) and keep a steady execution cadence.
